Hackathon Winning Solution
Overview
Led a team of developers as Lead Developer in the Bago City College BSIS Hackathon 2024, where we built an innovative web application that secured 2nd place. The project showcased technical excellence and creative problem-solving, contributing to my recognition as Programmer of the Year 2025.
Challenge
The hackathon presented a time-constrained challenge requiring rapid prototyping, team coordination, and delivery of a functional solution within 24 hours. We needed to balance innovation with practical implementation.
Solution
Architected a full-stack web application using PHP and JavaScript, with LeafletJS for interactive mapping features. Coordinated team efforts, delegated tasks effectively, and ensured code quality while meeting tight deadlines. Implemented responsive design with Tailwind CSS for optimal user experience.
